We understand that planning this day doesn’t happen over night. That‘s why we offer a payment plan!
The First Payment.
Your first payment is the original booking deposit.
This payment secures your reservation and your artists. The deposit is nonrefundable within 90 days of your special event date. If you choose to cancel your special event glam date prior to the 90th day and you received the trial savings offer; you will forfeit the trial savings offer and only be returned $56 and half of the artist reserved fee, $125 for a total refund of $181.
The Second Payment.
The total number of services required is to be booked 60 days prior to special event date. Half of each service booked, is to be paid by this day, to create and secure your glam plan timeline accordingly. Expect your timeline to be created and no changes will be accepted. Send the timeline to your guests so they know what to expect and can be in our chair at their designated time. This helps you coordinate and plan for any decorations and photographe!
No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be given at this point.
We are dedicated professionals who blocked off our day and planned it all for you and we don’t take your day or our compensation lightly. We know there can be special extreme circumstances sometimes and we will accommodate appropriately.
The Third Payment/Final Payment.
(if no parking fees)
Seven (7) days prior to your special event date will be your third and final payment. This will be the remaining half of the bridal service ($168) and the remaining half of all other services booked this day.
We are pretty strict about following our timeline to make sure the day goes as expected. We do give ourselves a little buffer time, but it’s not usually enough time for an entire service. Sorry, we do not offer ala cart services. We cannot promise the timeline will allow us to provide any last minute services. So, please remind your party to book their service now to guarantee the artist can provide the time on your timeline!
Any final payments are due 48 hours prior to set up time. We know parking rates change regularly in the city. We prefer you call your resort or hotel 48 hours prior to our arrival to get the most accurate rate possible and prepay for your artists parking. Your artists will arrive 15-20 min prior for setup and are on a tight schedule. If you have any last minute addons, we cannot promise the timeline will allow it. The timeline allows 40 min per service and 110 min for our Bride. We often book more than one event in one day and cannot accommodate if people are late are do not show up. No refunds will be given. Please let your party know it is imperative that we follow the timeline to keep your day on track!
We do not pre charge the tip like many companies do. We are passionate about creating the best glam experience from start to finish! We offer the best in customer serviced, special event, glam planning so you can relax and enjoy your day with your party, stress free, while you look and feel flawless! Yes Queen!!!!
We also think it’s personal & sometimes an intimate service that should be left up to the guest to decide the gratuity privately. We don’t expect a tip but our business thrives on honest reviews so if you have a moment, let google know how we did!
