The Butterfly Beauty Lounge Facial Membership Information and Policy
All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.
Special Promotion: If receiving a special promotion, the member must retain their membership for 90 days or pay non-member pricing for the promotional service received.
Membership Services: All facial memberships include one facial treatment per month. Treatments are customized based on skin type and needs.
Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for premium add-ons or extractions beyond the standard facial treatment.
Additional Membership Services: Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional facial treatments at discounted rates for personal use.
Rollover Privileges: Members may rollover any unused facial treatments to the following month. Rollovers must be used within 90 days. Upon termination of your month-to-month membership, accumulated member services expire and are non-refundable 90 days after you cancel your membership. Accumulated member services expire 90 days after the last day of a prepaid term membership.
Nationwide Acceptance: Coming soon.
Membership Freeze Option: A membership may be frozen for one month. Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12-month period, for one month at a time. A membership must be unfrozen for a minimum of 90 days before it can be frozen again. A "freeze fee" may apply. Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize additional membership benefits (e.g., gift card purchases, discounts). A minimum of three EFT payments must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.
Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Contact Information: The Butterfly Beauty Lounge must be notified about any changes in address, contact information, and/or credit card information.
Spa Rules and Regulations: Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. The Butterfly Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason. We reserve the right to modify or change spa rules, regulations, services, and pricing with reasonable notice.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, you will be charged additional time fees or your appointment will be considered canceled. Failure to call within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment start time will be considered a no-show or last-minute cancellation. This will result in your card being charged 50% of the service to accommodate our service providers' time, as they are paid solely on commission.
Liability: The Butterfly Beauty Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Age Requirements: Age requirements for receiving spa services vary by state and local law. The Butterfly Beauty Lounge strictly complies with such laws. If there is no specific regulation in your area, our policy is as follows: No person will be denied admission based on race, religion, or appearance. Children under the age of 18 shall be strictly prohibited from entering the spa without a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 18 will not be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For children 15 and under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room, and for all minor children, the parent must remain on the premises during services.

Need to cancel? No problem; we understand that life happens and sometimes things just have to change! Of course, we don’t want to see you go, so we have options to help you stay! Remember you can always freeze your account for up to 3 months; any services left will remain available when you get back!
We require a 30-day notice to cancel and process your cancelation request in our system. Once we receive your cancelation request via email; our process will update our system and your card will be removed from our files after its final charge. You will see one more EFT (charge) on your account and you will have 60 days from the date of your cancelation request email to use up any services remaining in your account.
Services cannot be refunded or transferred.
