To book your special event reservations, we require a $200.00 artist booking fee to secure your special day. This fee secures your event date, your rates, and one artist to provide up to 4.5 hours of services. Please note that to provide flawless artistry for our clients, we do not overwork or rush our creative artists. Each artist is required to do no more than 7 services in a 4.5-hour shift. Each additional artist will require an additional booking fee of $100.00.
The booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or applied to a different date or location. This fee covers the time and communication required to coordinate all details and plans necessary to provide a flawless, pampering, glam experience on your special day! The booking fee will be applied towards your total package.
Here’s an example of a peak season quote for a bride, mom & 3 bridesmaids with professional hair styling, & airbrush makeup with lashes at a resort in Clearwater.
Travel requests within 30 miles of our spa are included.
For out-of-state requests, we require a day rate and hotel/travel accommodations. Please call to discuss details further.
We understand that not everyone is comfortable committing to the beauty bundle in advance, and that's okay! If you prefer not to have airbrush makeup, you can subtract $20 per makeup service. Don't need lashes? Subtract $10 per makeup service.
Please note that booking the beauty bundle before your final payment saves you time and money. When purchased à la carte, we need to collect payment between services: Lashes are $20 and Airbrush is $30.
Peak season rates apply to any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday during October, November, December, January, February, March, April, and May. Off-peak rates save you $20 per service and apply to Monday through Thursday during these same months, as well as all dates from June to September. Please note that booking fees remain the same regardless of the season.
Our special event reservations and the booked party receive a 10% discount on all other spa services before the special event date. This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Please note that gratuity is not included in the rates. We kindly ask that you tip your artists upon completion of their services, with cash preferred.
This booking fee secures your reservation and first payment towards your glam plan booking. This is a payment towards your agreement, it secures your special date and includes one artist and 4.5 hours to pamper you and your party.
